Ishpeckian Browse-Dump Digest #1

Herein we find whatever inane drivel that pops forth from Ishy's skull whilst devouring bits upon the blathosphere.

1 Python Home Pages

Python is neato but slow and expensive. This guy's frequent and vitriolic criticism of PHP is truth but unconstructive.

Making the web think is a mistake. I have been guilty of this and I self-flagellate every day as penance. If you must do so, go pure JavaScript; razor-thin node business upon the server and make the client carry the burden of any harmless thought.

3 RMS is at it again

He doesn't need to bother speaking or typing anymore. We all know what he's going to say and exactly how much sense he's going to make when saying it. The man has done an amazing job of obviating himself.

4 Speaking of Science!

Science is chiefly characterized by its propensity to state the boringly obvious when it isn't busy disproving itself.

Ergo this must be science!

5 Greetings to my friends in the NSA
